Job Title: Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for performing general handyman duties including plumbing repairs, plastering, painting walls and ceilings, basic carpentry, and furniture repair.

You will also be required to support installation of equipment, minor renovation works, maintain records of work performed, report completed tasks, and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general handyman duties including plumbing repairs, plastering, painting walls and ceilings, basic carpentry, and furniture repair.
  • Support installation of equipment and minor renovation works.
  • Maintain records of work performed and report completed tasks.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in general handyman work.
  • Good hands-on knowledge in plumbing, plastering, basic carpentry, and painting.
  • Physical work required.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
