We are seeking a skilled Coffee Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our café, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to established recipes.

This includes grinding and brewing coffee, steaming milk, and creating latte art. You will also operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.

Greeting and interacting with customers, taking orders, answering questions about coffee and menu items, and ensuring a pleasant experience in the café is essential.

You must have a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu and maintain quality and consistency of the coffee.

Monitoring the brewing process, adjusting grind size and extraction time as needed, and ensuring the coffee meets our standards is crucial.

Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the coffee equipment is in good working order is also part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will handle cashiering, process payments, and issue receipts.
