Job Title

A Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing various maintenance tasks, and conducting routine inspections of the premises.

  • General Cleaning: Perform basic cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to maintain a tidy and clean environment.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
  • Surface Disinfection: Disinfect surfaces within the facility, including desks, countertops, and communal areas, to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, ensuring waste is collected and taken to designated disposal areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition, and report any needed repairs.
  • Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning services, as required by the facility.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Requirements:

  • Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 8am to 4pm
  • Citizenship: Only Singaporean/PR candidates need apply
