Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain various security applications infrastructure, specifically in authentication platforms and identity access management domains.
  • Drive the deployment, maintenance, and L3 support of managed application infrastructure with end-to-end accountability.
  • Lead a team of technical leads and SMEs in the region responsible for various L3 functions.
  • Assess and modernize processes and workforce to match current industry standards.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders, business senior leaders, and vendors to design secure, scalable, and easy to consume security solutions for client applications.
  • Lead and manage a 24x7x365 operations team spread across multiple countries in the region.
  • Communicate vision and motivate the organization to achieve high performance and continuous improvement of all aspects of infrastructure support and associated processes.
  • Develop frameworks to successfully manage operational groups and environments hosting multifactor authentication and authorization infrastructure.
  • Work with vendors and internal support groups to ensure application technology stacks remain current in terms of product versions and industry standards.
  • Facilitate research, design, and development of state-of-the-art integration and product lifecycle processes to simplify product deployment and business onboarding.
  • Lead teams through external/internal audit/compliance assessments and reviews to ensure product compliance.
  • Lead infrastructure projects and facilitate security assessment and remediation for infrastructure associated with applications in scope.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Cyber Security.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Critical Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills focusing on development and growth of the team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
