Senior IT Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex IT infrastructure projects across Asia. With a strong background in Real Estate office build-outs and Data Centre Relocations, you will oversee full lifecycle ownership of IT/AV infrastructure projects from business case development through design, implementation, and user migration.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar and multi-disciplinary IT infrastructure Projects within corporate real estate and infrastructure
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Clarity, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end IT/AV projects related to corporate fit-outs, office relocations, Data Centre relocations, and infrastructure deployments
  • Defining and maintaining project controls including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning
  • Leading the coordination of cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants in a matrixed environment

Additional requirements include:

  • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2); Agile certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, Data Centres, end-user computing, and networking solutions
