Job Title: IT Infrastructure Operations Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our service delivery efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of infrastructure delivery, troubleshooting complex environments, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve network or system configuration issues in complex environments
  • Manage the delivery of infrastructure across multiple environments, including AWS, On-prem, VMware, and hyper-converged technology, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and customer expectations
  • Oversee daily operations, including incident management, service request fulfillment, change control, and problem resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager in the IT domain
  • Experience working on government projects is an asset
  • Strong understanding of dashboards and tools, such as eG, Managed Engine, SolarWinds, and AWS Monitor, to ensure real-time visibility into operation environments
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong background in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and their applications in IT service delivery
