Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Operations Delivery Manager. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to lead the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure operations are carried out in accordance with established processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall day-to-day work of the infrastructure operations team, ensuring events and/or incidents, changes are responded to in adherence to established processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for the infrastructure operational team.
  • Ensure that existing procedures are followed and that all procedures are documented in accordance with guidelines.
  • Explore new solutions and technologies, integrate learning and recommendations for operational efficiency and continual improvement of the infrastructure for better user experience.
  • Identify chronic operational and security issues, and ensure they are managed appropriately.

Requirements & Skills:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education : Degree in CS, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience : 5+ years in infrastructure operations/delivery leadership.
  • Technical Expertise :
  1. In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, trends, and strategic planning.
  2. Proficient in Unix/Linux OS, databases, networking, virtualization, and DWP environments.
  3. Strong understanding of information systems security.
  4. Analytical skills for risk assessment, threat identification, and mitigation planning.
  5. Demonstrated experience in tactical and operational technical execution.
