Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive energy audits, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, and providing technical solutions to optimize chiller plant performance in alignment with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in energy audits and energy efficiency improvement projects. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, and provide practical energy-saving solutions.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collecting and analyzing operational data from chiller plants to assess energy performance.
  • Conducting detailed energy assessments of chiller plant systems.
  • Identifying energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Performing cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the feasibility and financial impact of proposed energy-saving measures.
  • Ensuring all technical solutions align with regulatory and industry standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development team to provide technical expertise during chiller plant site visits, supporting project planning and client engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Certification as an Energy Efficiency Specialist (EES) is mandatory.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in energy audits and energy efficiency improvement projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering energy audits and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of best practices, standards, and regulations in the cooling industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical energy-saving solutions.
  • Familiarity with chiller plant operations and energy management systems.
