About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Control Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing real-time ground situations at key touchpoints in all terminals.

Key responsibilities include monitoring CCTV feeds, processing Porter Service requests, coordinating trolley, taxi and porter operations, and acting as a liaison between Duty Manager and Duty Terminal Manager/TMC Operations Cells.

You will also perform routine checks, activate Operations Supervisors for trolley replenishment and clearance, provide updates to CAG on real-time trolleys levels, and report incidents related to trolley operations.

In addition, you will plan for taxi supplies, observe passenger queues, cover Operations Supervisor duties in their absence, generate service utilization reports, and undertake quality/operations improvement projects/tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Science/Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in quality/operations functions
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence in managing and influencing stakeholders in TMC
  • Adaptability to change and being a good team player
