We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in servicing home appliances. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and specifications to provide accurate information to customers
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on home appliances to ensure they are functioning optimally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in servicing home appliances
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid Class 3 driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NiTEC, HiTEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Experience in gas water heaters or possession of a Gas Service Worker License (LGSW)
