As a key driver of growth and expansion, the Head of Business Development plays a pivotal role in propelling KONE's market positioning.
Job Overview:This critical position involves spearheading business development strategies aligned with KONE's overarching goals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships, and leading large-scale growth projects across various sectors.
Responsibilities:- Funnel Management: Develop and maintain a robust Major Project Funnel across NBS and MOD segments, identifying key project opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and address gaps proactively.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong networks with external stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive business development and identify new opportunities.
- Growth Initiatives: Lead large-scale growth initiatives across NBS and MOD, focusing on key segments including Infrastructure, Commercial, Residential, and Healthcare.
- Underperforming Area Recovery: Drive targeted actions to recover underperforming areas, ensuring seamless integration with frontline, area, and global objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in business development, strategy, or commercial leadership.
- A proven track record of managing strategic initiatives and partnerships.
- Familiarity with the built environment, infrastructure sectors, or smart building technologies is an advantage.
