We are seeking an experienced Donor Relations Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Welfare Services. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will play a crucial role in securing donations from individuals, corporations and foundations to support our programs and services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in donor relations and development, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of philanthropy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new donor prospects
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing donors
  • Write and edit proposals, reports and other fundraising materials
  • Manage and analyze donor data and reporting

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor relations or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and donor development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
