Facilities Operations Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Executive to manage sub-contractors for hard and soft facility management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance of building M&E equipment, pest control, horticulture, and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage sub-contractors for hard and soft facility management activities
  • Hands on experience with documentation and root cause analysis report for the prevention of future occurrences

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in facilities operations
  • Diploma in Facilities Management
