The Interior Detailer role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Detailer to prepare and develop drawings and details for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical competency in drafting technologies and software, including knowledge of M&E/MEP drafting and ISO 9001 standards.

This position involves developing detailed drawings and technical specifications for elevations, materials, masonry, ironmongery, millwork, carpentry, and fitting-out works from initial sketches to final outputs.

The successful candidate will support the design team by clarifying design details to the construction team or subcontractors when required.

They will also provide assistance with general and ad-hoc drafting tasks in AutoCAD as needed.

Additionally, they will produce drawings from SketchUp files and support general drafting tasks.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration across teams, requiring effective communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • Relevant certification in Interior Design, Architecture, M&E, or a related field with minimum 2 to 5 years of drafting experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction CAD systems, such as CP 83 standard.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with a proactive, positive attitude and effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in documentation and workflow.
