AI Research and Development Lead

The selected candidate will lead the charge in architecting and training custom foundational LLMs optimized for trading, compliance, and Web3 data.

Key Responsibilities- Model R&D: Design and develop innovative LLM architectures for real-world applications.
- Agent Development: Build next-generation multi-agent systems that integrate search, reinforcement learning, and LLM reasoning for complex tasks.
- Data Engineering: Develop and maintain efficient ETL pipelines, vector stores, and real-time data feeds for optimal performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with product, compliance, and customer-support teams to ensure seamless model deployment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong academic background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field. Proven expertise in reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, and PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX is essential.
Additionally, you should have a keen interest in finance engineering, blockchain protocols, and regulatory landscapes.
