Job Title: Research Developer

The College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for a Research Developer position. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects to advance human-AI collaboration.

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI assistants.

  • Curate and maintain high-quality instruction-following datasets.
  • Train and fine-tune large language models on curated datasets.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluate models to identify effective techniques for alignment and collaboration.
  • Contribute to publications at top-tier research venues and present findings to the academic community.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in fine-tuning LLMs on curated datasets, good programming skills and experience with machine learning framework, publication record is a plus.
