Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support on risk-related matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Chartered Accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) certification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management and/or internal audit.
  • Deep knowledge of finance, treasury operations, and cash management.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective control frameworks and driving regulatory compliance.
