Leading a team of seasoned investment professionals to drive the firm's investment strategy and oversee transactions is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sector-specific investment theses and build comprehensive investment pipelines.
  • Sourcing, screening, and evaluating impactful investment opportunities with due diligence.
  • Providing strategic oversight across the entire investment lifecycle.
  • Leading deal structuring, negotiations, and financial modeling efforts.
  • Representing the firm on portfolio company boards.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and guiding exit strategies to achieve optimal returns.
  • Supporting fundraising efforts and managing investor relations effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
  • A strong track record of deal leadership and board participation is essential.
  • Deep sector experience in healthcare, education, sustainability, or energy transition is required.
  • Robust knowledge of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes is necessary.
  • Exposure to emerging markets or pan-Asian investments is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for impact investing and experience with impact measurement frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to engage senior stakeholders and investment committees effectively.
