Job Title

Strategic Facility Manager is a key role that requires effective leadership and management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of safety and best practices across the team.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing financial resources effectively, overseeing vendors, and ensuring quality service within budgetary guidelines.

You will also be required to build and maintain strong client relationships, lead your team to consistently meet performance and service goals, and foster teamwork and excellence by supporting staff development, promoting core values, and maintaining motivation, trust, and strong work ethics within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of facilities, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety and best practices across the team.
  • Manage financial resources effectively and oversee vendors to ensure quality service within budgetary guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead your team to consistently meet performance and service goals.
  • Foster teamwork and excellence by supporting staff development, promoting core values, and maintaining motivation, trust, and strong work ethics within the team.
Requirements
  • Professional Degree in an Engineering-related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Facilities management or other related fields and working in government agencies and ministries.
  • Certificate in FSM will be advantageous.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
