Job Summary

As a seasoned hospitality professional, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service crew members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve restaurant profitability goals.
  • Take ownership of outlet operations, including decor and atmosphere, to ensure a welcoming experience for guests.


Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering high-quality guest service in a fast-paced hotel or resort environment.
  • Experience in managing food and beverage services, preferably in an outdoor setting.
  • Leadership skills and ability to train and develop team members.
  • Knowledgeable about beverages, with bartendering skills as a bonus.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
