As the head of B2B Consumer Marketing - IT, your primary focus will be on driving innovation, fostering strong relationships with Asia Pacific businesses, and representing IS&T as a trusted advisor and champion of our organization's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beyond mere strategy, you will be responsible for creating local B2B systems and consumer IT frameworks that are tailored to our business objectives.
  • You will also facilitate planning and execution of initiatives that empower our business to achieve its goals by leveraging technology effectively.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration within the B2B Systems & Consumer team, you will mentor members, provide input to performance reviews, and communicate key decisions, priorities, and project information to staff.
  • As a thought leader, you will offer expertise to internal and external stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
  • By prioritizing IT initiatives based on organizational needs/strategy, IT workload, and budget, you will ensure alignment and optimize resource allocation.
  • You will lead change management activities with a customer-centric focus, advising on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes, and system priorities.
  • Through analysis of technology trends, you will determine their impact on achieving business goals and identify opportunities for growth.
