Job Title: Public Cleanliness Contract Manager

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in government procurement and contract management? Do you have a passion for working with others to achieve common goals?

We are seeking an experienced Public Cleanliness Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for managing public health cleaning contracts and ensuring all payments comply with our policies and guidelines.

  • Manage public health cleaning contracts and ensure all payments are compliant with divisional policies and guidelines.
  • Liaise with government agencies to review inter-agency agreements and confirm scope of works and assets for cleaning.
  • Plan, call, and award new cleaning or public health-related contracts in accordance with the Government Procurement Instruction Manual.
  • Administer and manage operational systems/corporate applications and personnel applications.
  • Provide operational support to the division and administer the division's Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide analysis and reports to senior management to support policy and decision-making.
  • Accurately manage divisional assets.
  • Provide secretariat support for internal and external meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in government procurement and contract management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (e.g., functions, preparing presentations).
  • Enjoy taking initiative and carrying out plans.
  • Good communication skills and enjoy working with others.
  • Meticulous with an eye for finer details.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Outgoing, pleasant personality and resourceful.
  • Self-driven and always ready to strive for improvement.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • A good team player who can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
