Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales objectives for medical equipment and consumables;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to grow our product portfolio;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends;
  • Provide training and product awareness to support the sales team;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, life sciences) preferably with a background in diagnostic imaging, radiology, or ultrasonography;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in medical imaging solutions, with some exposure in working within a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and driving business growth;
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills to build lasting customer rapport;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
