Job Summary:

The Group Tax Manager will oversee all aspects of tax planning and compliance for the group across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review GST/VAT/CIT/WHT and various tax returns for group entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting & filing in compliance with local statutory requirements.

  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the group.

Process Improvements:

  • Contribute to improving processes, governance and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for optimising tax administration and efficiency.
