We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Singapore LNG Corporation PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable transactions, processing payments, and maintaining the company's fixed asset register.

Responsibilities
The incumbent will be involved in monthly closing activities, including preparing journal entries, financial schedules, and liaising with external auditors. They will also be responsible for administering accounts payable transactions, including verifying and matching invoices, completing payment requests, and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with procedures and policies. Additionally, the incumbent will support the Accountant in the management and administration of the Company's Fixed Asset Register, performing verification of assets, ensuring the register is up-to-date, and preparing listings for property tax requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in high-volume accounts payable transactions in big organizations or MNCs. You should be proficient in MS Office applications and have prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to interact with people at all levels. The ideal candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of financial principles and transactions, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
