Aircon Servicing Experts are in high demand, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to join the industry. As a specialist in aircon servicing, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance. This involves conducting thorough inspections, carrying out routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and proposing additional services to customers. You will also perform site surveys to advise on installation details.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircon systems to identify potential issues.
  • CARRY OUT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TASKS SUCH AS CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT OF FILTERS TO ENSURE SYSTEM EFFICIENCY.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with aircon systems to provide effective solutions.
  • Propose and upsell aircon services to customers based on their needs and requirements.
  • Perform site surveys and provide expert advice on installation details to ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer-facing skills, be able to handle physical work, and have basic proficiency in using mobile technology. Additionally, you should be open to learning and willing to take on new challenges. A background in handyman work is highly desirable, as well as experience in handling fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints. Having a Class 3 License would be a significant advantage.
