Job Role: Aircon Servicing SpecialistAs an Aircon Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs of aircon systems to ensure optimal performance. Your role will include diagnosing faults, proposing service upgrades and providing expert advice to customers on installation details.The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer-facing skills, be able to handle physical work and have basic knowledge of mobile technology. Previous experience in a similar field would be beneficial.Responsibilities include:
  • Carrying out chemical overhauls of aircon systems
  • Proposing and upselling aircon services to customers
  • Conducting site surveys and advising customers on installation details
  • Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
Requirements include:
  • Ability to use simple mobile technology
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints
  • Possession of Class 3 License would be advantageous
