Job Title: Motorcycle Service Consultant

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Motorcycle Service Consultant. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

You will be working closely with our mechanics to ensure that all service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your role will involve performing test rides, providing expert advice on motorcycle maintenance and repair services, scheduling appointments, and communicating with customers regarding service timelines and updates.

Your main objective will be to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service jobs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills. If you have a minimum Class 2A license and at least one year of riding experience, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform test rides to ensure motorcycles are roadworthy
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow
  • Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed
  • Generate quotations, invoices, and process payments accurately
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Minimum Class 2A license with at least one year of riding experience
