We are looking for a skilled and experienced motorcycle professional to join our team as a Motorcycle Service Advisor.


The successful candidate will be responsible for performing test rides, providing knowledgeable advice on motorcycle maintenance and repair services, scheduling service appointments, and communicating with customers regarding service timelines and updates.


This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum class 2A license with at least one year of riding experience.


In addition to these responsibilities, the Motorcycle Service Advisor will also be required to generate quotations, invoices, and process payments accurately, follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction, and perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
