Senior Component Validation Engineer

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Senior Component Validation Engineer to join our Heterogenous Integration Group. As a member of this forward-thinking team, you will be responsible for enabling Micron's products with flawless and issue-free releases to both internal and external customers.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external teams on silicon preparation, working with manufacturing teams to ensure resources are available, identifying HBM component validation equipment needs, and ensuring that silicon meets product expectations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Silicon Preparation: Coordinate with internal and external teams to prepare silicon for release.
  2. Manufacturing Support: Work with manufacturing teams to ensure resources are available for successful product launches.
  3. HBM Component Validation: Identify equipment needs and validate HBM component testing flow.
  4. Debugging and Issue Resolution: Debug and identify root cause for failures, implement fixes, and work with design validation and quality assurance teams on customer returns.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams, create and deliver presentations, participate in meetings, and provide technical training and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the memory semiconductor industry.
  • Proven experience working with Linux, Python/C/C++, Verilog, UVM, and version control systems (git, svn).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good communication, data analytics, and presentation skills, with basic understanding of HBM and/or DRAM operations and computer networking.
