ELF KTV PTE. LTD. is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Business Strategist & Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
The Business Strategist & Operations Director will be responsible for:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and initiatives to meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior management to create and execute short-term and long-term plans.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze financial reports to ensure the business operates within budget. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor staff members, ensuring that the team is motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relations & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports for senior management on business performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency. Provide recommendations based on analysis of performance data.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the business complies with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards. Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
