**Job Opportunity: Mechanical Engineer**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to support our team in delivering quality construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating mechanical works and services.

  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for clients and project managers, highlighting any delays, defects, or necessary rectification measures.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve mechanical-related issues efficiently.
  • Report on mechanical progress and coordinate site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of project execution processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of local code of practice and design implementation.
  • Local construction knowledge.
