Delivering Excellence in Agile Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our agile delivery teams, driving strategic initiatives and transforming our business. As the Head of Delivery Constructs & Practices, you will be responsible for evolving our delivery operating model to unlock value realization of organizational outcomes.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement clear and scalable structures to support product and platform delivery, agility, and accountability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, embed, and sustain high-performing delivery ways of working practices across all domains and programs within the organization.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, change management, process optimization, people management, and risk management skills. You must have the ability to drive process improvement and change management initiatives, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and partner with senior executives to plan and implement strategic initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership and people management experience in a matrix organization, excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving transformation initiatives as a Director/VP level leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolving the delivery operating model to unlock value realization of organizational outcomes
  • Designing and implementing clear and scalable structures to support product and platform delivery, agility, and accountability
  • Defining, embedding, and sustaining high-performing delivery ways of working practices across all domains and programs
  • Driving process improvement and change management initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (Product Owner, Agile Coach, Change Management) and data analysis (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence)
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and managing agile delivery teams in the banking or financial services industry
  • 5+ years of experience in driving transformation initiatives as a Director/VP level leader
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling techniques
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience in a matrix organization
