Healthcare Professional | Patient Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Dispense medications, provide financial counseling, and accompany doctors during consultations.
- Ensure premises safety and cleanliness, sterilize medical equipment, and sanitize designated areas.
- Provide exceptional patient care and address issues in a proactive manner.
- Assist with daily administrative operations, including receptionist duties and patient data management.
- Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to queries about the clinic.
- Obtain, key, and maintain patient data records.
- Guide patients on basic clinical procedures and assist with health insurance claims.
- Manage internal and external communications, arrange hospital services, and mediate between patients and healthcare providers.
- Oversee inventory count, order stock and supplies, and maintain clinic equipment.
- Minimum O'Levels or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure quality services.
- Computer literacy and ability to work on weekends.
