Job Title: Test Program Manager

Quesscorp Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Test Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering testing services across various programs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of testing services by vendor test service providers.
  • Work with testing service providers and stakeholders to review, provide feedback, and sign off on test strategies, plans, and other artefacts.
  • Coordinate with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards, and tools.
  • Ensure changes to the scope of services are communicated to test service providers and factored into the plan.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure testing services meet the company's objectives and demand.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for issues raised by stakeholders and test service providers.
  • Quantify, manage, track, and report test-related statuses, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders and test service providers to plan testing-related deliveries.
  • Participate in forums to drive testing transformation and innovation.
  • Work with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs on domain-specific test engineering requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads.
  • Engage stakeholder communities to gather feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in test delivery or an equivalent role with at least 10 years' experience in large and complex organizations, preferably in banking and finance.
  • Extensive experience in managing end-to-end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
  • Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes, methodologies, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing shared IT service development and/or IT testing services.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Transaction Banking, Wholesale Banking, and Payments Program.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.
  • Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct, and virtual teams.
  • Experience in various testing tool suites.
  • Must display high-level professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Excellent client-facing, internal communications, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness preferred.
