Job Description

As an Operations Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational workflow, inventory, and equipment of a company. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain constant contact with managers, staff, and merchants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, enabling them to resolve operational issues promptly and prevent disputes from occurring. They must also be able to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, including onboarding documentation processes for all departments.

This position demands a high level of multitasking ability, as well as strong excel knowledge and passion for going above and beyond in responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational workflow, inventory, and equipment
  • Resolve operational issues and disputes
  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and merchants
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Manage existing processes and procedures to enhance internal capacity

Requirements:

  • 5.5 work days per week
  • OT when necessary
  • Strong excel knowledge and passion for responsibilities
