Job Title: Fundraising & Volunteer Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of programs/initiatives/activities/campaigns to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. They will also lead efforts to maintain and grow sustainable funding and volunteer pools.

  • Develop and implement strategies for fundraising and volunteer management.
  • Coordinate with various functions to secure key partnerships and execute fundraising programs.
  • Maintain donor relationships and cultivate new donors.
  • Manage volunteer databases and prepare reports on budget and statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor FRV's strategy and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Code of Governance.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/marketing/events/fundraising/client engagement.
  • Familiarity with non-profit sectors and working with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
