Fullstack Lead Role Overview

As a Fullstack Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the next generation of AI-powered personalization platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Job Description:

This is a highly technical leadership role that requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development. As a Fullstack Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of our recommendation infrastructure on Stacks as part of the Consumer ML stack. Your primary focus will be on deploying solutions that deliver personalized experiences to hundreds of millions of users.

You will also collaborate with the data science team to ensure models are deployed, monitored, and scaled efficiently. Additionally, you will explore and leverage cloud AI solutions to bring cutting-edge capabilities into existing stacks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).
  • At least 4 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and React-based UI libraries; strong programming skills in Java or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, clear thinking, and concise reporting.
  • Prior team management experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
