Project Assistant Role

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team with project coordination and documentation. This position is primarily site-based.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and report on project progress, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on job site issues, fostering effective communication.
  • Assist with supervising and/or conducting on-site rectification works when needed, utilizing technical expertise.
  • Implement and document safety measures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Attend site meetings to stay updated on project developments.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least an ITE certificate, preferably in electrical/mechanical fields or related engineering fields, to demonstrate relevant skills.
  • Able to coordinate and communicate with relevant site personnel to execute work effectively.
  • A hands-on individual with problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this opportunity.
  • Preferably possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license for site visits.
