Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist Role

As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch pharmacy services to patients in a multi-disciplinary environment. This includes providing accurate and timely medication information, participating in clinical and administrative activities, and contributing to the development and evaluation of Pharmacy department services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy is essential, as well as registration with the relevant regulatory body. Experience in a hospital setting is also highly desirable.

  1. Provide patient-centered care by assessing medication needs, recommending medications, and monitoring patient response.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve medication use and reduce adverse events.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful Hospital Pharmacist will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. Key qualifications include:

  • Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
