Cafe Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cafe Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food items in accordance with our standards.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  4. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  1. Able to commit to a minimum of 1 year.
  2. Initiative and willingness to learn.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  4. Previous experience in barista and food & beverage industry is preferred.
