**Job Overview**

This Is An IT Support Group is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Value Chain across all business areas in sourcing and procurement activities, including overall management of the related supply base.

The main function of this role will be to craft and execute an APAC Creative Sourcing Strategy, based on internal business needs, market trends, and opportunities.

Responsibilities also include contributing to the development of the Global Category Sourcing Plan for Creative Advertising and Production, with a focus on APAC.

The ideal candidate will also build, maintain, and handle the supplier base and supplier performance.

Implementation of APAC Creative Advertising and Production Sourcing across all marketing teams and creative sub-categories involves contracting, negotiations, relationship building, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will drive supplier integration process into early project phase within respective commodity and ensure suppliers insights are considered and embedded into product optimization realizations.

Additionally, they will drive the Innovations and Digitalization agenda within Creative services.

**Essential Skills**

  • Solid experience in procurement with relevant category experience in marketing/creative services for APAC.
  • Experience working in global organizations with remote management.
  • Advanced project and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and SAP/COUPA system knowledge will be an added advantage.
