Job Description

This role is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced professional to drive asset performance and value enhancement across retail and commercial properties in Singapore.

You will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, optimizing income, and ensuring long-term competitiveness in the market. This includes overseeing key performance indicators, such as leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement.

In addition, you will collaborate with various teams to maintain optimal tenant mix and commercial performance. This may involve financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, as well as market research and competitive analysis.

This is a critical role that requires a strong track record in managing retail and commercial real estate in Singapore. You will be accountable for driving business outcomes and contributing to portfolio strategy and investment decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in Singapore
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation
