Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator

This role involves close supervision and coordination of technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Contractors' works and tests meet approved drawings and specifications.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist the senior technical engineer in daily close supervision and coordination duties
  • Inspect and supervise Contractors' works and tests to meet approved drawings and specifications
  • Maintain quality records of all works, monitoring and reporting on work progress
  • Ensure consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works
  • Implement a quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner
  • Coordinate with Contractors on execution of works

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Registration as a Technical Operations Specialist with relevant accreditation committee
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure projects, power, oil & gas, or waste/water management projects
  • Site inspection experience in electrical and instrumentation installations and commissioning
  • Analysis capability of rational of EICA installation
  • Experience in dealing with EPC contractors and reporting to lead engineers on observations

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
