Job Summary

A skilled Trade Support Specialist is needed to prepare commodity sale and purchase contracts. In this role, you will work closely with the Trading, Trade Finance and Shipping Team.

You will liaise with suppliers and buyers on contract finalization, follow up and finalize trade related contracts in consultation with the internal team, and put through the trade contract. This involves handling transaction cycles for all shipments with proper monitoring of each step of trade deal execution, keeping track of contract details, and making periodical reports as required.

You will work with back office and operational staff to ensure smooth logistics/end to end supply chain of your trades.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and working with cross-functional teams is also desirable.
