Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process from beginning to end, including identifying client needs, sourcing candidates, and closing deals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates who meet client requirements
- Negotiating and agreeing on terms of business with clients
- Managing the offer process and delivering results to clients and candidates
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track performance
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 18 months – 2 years recruitment experience
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Fully versed in all aspects of the recruitment cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
In addition to a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
