Formulate and implement a forward-thinking strategy to position the consulting division as a market leader.
Drive innovation and continuously refine service offerings to address evolving client needs and market dynamics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align consulting goals with the companys overarching objectives.
Build and nurture executive-level relationships to drive client trust and business growth.
Oversee the pursuit of new consulting engagements, from initial client discussions to deal closure.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting solutions with broader service portfolios.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to establish a high-performing consulting team.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
20+ years in consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in managing profit and loss responsibilities and achieving ambitious business goals.
Extensive experience in IT or technology consulting.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with C-suite executives.
Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Expertise in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of industries such as manufacturing, financial services, insurance, or energy is a significant advantage.
