Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Specialist to support our organization in achieving its goals.


Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling compliance work across various industries, including financial institutions.

You will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery, such as compliance resource support, general audit, and business development. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive Governance, Risk management, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to assist our clients in enhancing their overall GRC capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support us in project delivery – compliance resource support, general audit
  • Support us in marketing
  • Facilitate and perform compliance audit fieldwork and review
  • Draft recommendations to improve policies, procedures, and processes
  • Building of good rapport with existing clients

Qualifications:

  • Professional qualifications in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or related discipline
  • ICA Diploma in Compliance / AML or ACAMS certification or similar would be an added advantage
  • Experience in compliance audit in Singapore, especially in banks or capital market services licensees would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of MAS Regulations such as Banking Act / Financial Advisers Act / Securities & Futures Act
  • Strong analytical, self-driven, and a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, English communication, and writing skills

Requirements:
