Corporate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERTAPIS Education and Welfare Centre. This role will provide administrative support to the Home Management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Summary:- This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating meetings, scheduling events, and providing administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update relevant documentations, including licensing requirements and staff roster.
- Coordinate meetings, invitations, and engagements with external agencies and partners.
- Prepare and keep records of MSRF documentations and staff training records.
- Organize and maintain calendars of events, programs, and meetings.
- Support new hire interviews, coordinate with HQ HR, and submit relevant documentations as required.

Requirements:- A Level or Diploma with relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong administrative skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
