Job Title: Senior Accounting Professional
Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including recording invoices, processing payments, and creating journal entries for month-end closing;
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, including group reporting and conducting variance analysis to evaluate performance;
- Provide assistance with company tax, GST filing, and statutory audit issues;
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements;
- Create monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts;
- Generate cash flow forecasts for accounts payable payments;
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve current processes.
- Possess at least a degree in accounting, finance or related field is required;
- ACCA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification;
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant working experience;
- Previous experience in the real estate or property industry is an advantage;
- Experience from the Big 4 is required;
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills;
- A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
